- Shape and deliver a data and analytics strategy tied to business goals
- Set the long-term direction for data management, analytics, reporting and evidence-based decisions
- Advise senior leaders on data opportunities, risks and investments
- Build data literacy and encourage evidence-based decisions across the organization
- Lead insight delivery through reports, dashboards, predictive analytics and advanced analytical solutions
- Oversee business intelligence platforms and self-service analytics
- Identify trends, opportunities and drivers of performance
- Work with business leaders to define KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
- Build, lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data team
- Set team goals, performance expectations and development plans
- Encourage collaboration, innovation and ongoing improvement
- Manage departmental budgets, resource planning and vendor relationships
- Modernize legacy integration platforms and processes
- Deliver integrations for customers, suppliers and partners with business, technology and external stakeholders
- Set the integration strategy, governance framework and architecture roadmap
- Ensure data and application integrations are secure, consistent and performant
- Work with senior leaders across business functions to understand priorities and deliver analytical solutions
- Turn complex data findings into business recommendations

- Able to define and execute an enterprise data strategy
- Background overseeing analytics and business intelligence initiatives
- Experience ensuring data governance and data quality
- Able to build and lead a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, BI developers and data scientists
- Able to advise senior leadership on data opportunities, risks and investments
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics and advanced analytical solutions
- Experience designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence platforms and self-service analytics capabilities
- Experience defining KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
- Experience managing departmental budgets, resource planning and vendor relationships
- Experience leading modernization of legacy integration platforms and processes
- Experience managing internal and external customer-facing system integrations
- Able to manage competing priorities and stakeholders
- Degree in a relevant field is desirable
- Experience leading data or digital transformation initiatives is desirable
- Knowledge of machine learning, AI and advanced analytics techniques is desirable
- Relevant professional certification in data management, analytics or cloud platforms is desirable
- A second foreign language is an advantage
