Generative AI Engineer — Hybrid in Vietnam

- Create end-to-end Generative AI and NLP solutions for practical business challenges
- Develop and improve applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Transformers, and deep learning
- Build production-ready AI and machine learning models and applications with Python and PySpark
- Turn business requirements into practical AI/ML solutions with measurable results
- Investigate emerging Generative AI technologies and assess their fit for relevant use cases
- Partner with AI, data, and software engineers as well as business stakeholders
- Explain technical concepts, methods, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work across Azure AI and data environments and database-focused systems
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of professional experience in data science, AI/ML, or a related discipline
- Internships, research placements, and part-time roles are excluded from the minimum experience requirement
- At least two years of practical experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering
- Advanced hands-on capability with Python and PySpark
- Background delivering AI/ML solutions for production use
- Practical experience working with Azure
- Solid knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and current AI/ML methods
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability with a business-focused approach
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI is preferred
- Experience creating end-to-end Generative AI applications is preferred
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, wellness, or digital health is preferred
- Experience handling large-scale data or database-oriented systems is preferred
- Experience deploying and running AI solutions in production is preferred
