- Track performance across paid social and search, SEO, email, organic social, and partner placements.
- Prepare monthly channel reports on acquisition cost, conversion, customer lifetime value, and return on spend.
- Work with engineering to build dashboards that follow customers from first interaction through booking and repeat use.
- Recommend monthly and quarterly budgets based on channel results.
- Assess new spending opportunities, including newsletter placements and sponsorships.
- Document marketing spend and outcomes to establish historical benchmarks.
- Coordinate family and Helper acquisition to keep marketplace supply and demand balanced.
- Lead technical SEO, including site audits, page prioritization, and optimization briefs.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to identify pages to improve or create.
- Plan seasonal campaigns around family care decisions with collaborators.
- Translate performance data into practical content direction for web, blog, social, and email.
- Guide email strategy, deliverability, and engagement.
- Track and report on healthcare partner campaigns.
- Create acquisition reports that show partners the reach and outcomes of co-marketing.
- Report to the Content Lead and work with content, sales, design, engineering, and leadership.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 3–5 or more years of experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
- Have directly managed channel budgets and made spending recommendations.
- Have built CAC, LTV, and ROAS reports that leaders used to guide investment decisions.
- Be proficient with Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Meta and Google Ads.
- Understand technical SEO, including site audits, indexing, site structure, and page optimization.
- Turn data into clear briefs that writers and designers can put into action.
- Communicate effectively in writing and conversation with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in two-sided marketplaces, healthcare or health technology, senior or home care, caregiving, consumer subscriptions, on-demand services, B2B, or SaaS marketing is strongly preferred.
- SQL or dashboard experience with tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus.
- Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus.
