Creative Director, Motion Design
Lead motion designers and shape creative direction at Thinkingbox’s motion design and post-production studio. Guide advertising campaigns from storyboards and styleframes through 2D/3D production and client delivery.

- Lead and mentor a nimble motion design team while directing project creative
- Contribute hands-on design and animation support when needed
- Create storyboards and polished styleframes that communicate each campaign’s narrative and visual approach
- Oversee and contribute to campaign assets, including 2D and 3D animation
- Maintain alignment with brand standards and established art direction
- Give practical feedback that supports team development and consistently high-quality work
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and offer creative guidance throughout projects
- Partner with the motion team to establish workflows and processes suited to each campaign
- Support project budgeting and resource planning
- Report to the Director of Animation
- Deliver advertising work for varied clients while aligning creative direction with campaign objectives
आवश्यकताएँ
- A portfolio demonstrating strong 2D and 3D motion design across diverse marketing and campaign styles
- Curiosity and a commitment to continuing to develop your skills
- At least 8 years of motion design experience, including 3 or more years in a senior or leadership role
- Advanced proficiency with Cinema 4D and Redshift
- Proven ability to develop clear storyboards and refined styleframes aligned with campaign objectives
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator, plus a thorough understanding of animation pipelines
- Strong design judgment with the ability to combine aesthetic and technical expertise
- Experience with XParticles, Marvelous Designer, and/or Houdini is advantageous
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Excellent organization and a solution-focused approach to creative and technical challenges
