विवरण

  • Research, analyze, draft, and advise on corporate matters and strategic projects assigned by the Assistant General Counsel.
  • Set priorities, communicate progress and risks, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Handle intellectual property matters involving trademarks, copyright, brand protection, software and content licensing, confidentiality, and IP terms in commercial agreements.
  • Advise on corporate office leases, amendments, renewals, construction and facilities agreements, related transactions, and property disputes.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on procurement and commercial agreements.
  • Review agreements for AI-enabled products and services, identifying and escalating significant legal or risk concerns.
  • Assist with non-fund litigation and commercial disputes, including subpoenas, demand letters, investigations, discovery, mediation, settlement, reporting, information preservation, and coordination with stakeholders and outside counsel.
  • Provide initial guidance on routine privacy and data protection questions in contracts and corporate matters.
  • Create and maintain templates, playbooks, training materials, guidance, and matter-management processes.
  • Build effective working relationships across functions and regions, and with external advisers.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing of the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Approximately 5–8 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm, in an in-house legal department, or both.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Ability to analyze legal issues, exercise sound judgment, and give clear, practical, business-oriented advice.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new practice areas, balance competing priorities, work independently within appropriate boundaries, and collaborate in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in intellectual property, corporate real estate, procurement or technology contracts, litigation management, privacy, or data protection is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-related legal and contracting issues, in-house or regulated-industry work, and coordination of cross-disciplinary or cross-border matters is preferred.
