  • Create research-driven content such as short-form video, graphics, memes, and written copy
  • Turn complex research into engaging content tailored to each platform
  • Produce newsletters, nurture journeys, and campaign emails
  • Create sales enablement materials and campaign assets when required
  • Develop storyboards and scripts for original content, with a focus on LinkedIn and emerging social formats
  • Maintain alignment with brand voice, quality expectations, and campaign goals
  • Own and refine McLean & Company's social strategy, including platform priorities, content pillars, and publishing cadence
  • Provide internal teams with social-ready assets for employee advocacy and thought leadership
  • Coordinate with the social team to schedule, publish, monitor, and assess social performance
  • Support video production and editing by supplying creative direction, scripts, and briefs
  • Oversee content workflows, schedules, and allocated resources
  • Work with research, marketing, and design partners to deliver accurate, effective, and timely messaging

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of experience in journalism, communications, or content marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strong stories within complex B2B topics
  • Experience converting research or data into engaging content designed for specific platforms
  • Excellent writing skills across social media, email, and long-form formats
  • Ability to manage multiple channels and a substantial volume of content
  • Experience briefing or collaborating with video and production teams is advantageous
  • Strong communication and narrative development skills
  • Well-developed organizational and project management capabilities
  • Ability to balance competing priorities effectively
  • Ability to analyze performance data and improve content accordingly
  • Collaborative, flexible, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • French, Spanish, or German language proficiency is preferred
