- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, health care administration, or human resources plus three years of experience researching and investigating inquiries, or seven years of such experience.
- Experience conducting internal investigations and interviewing individuals.
- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen carefully and accurately document reported information.
- Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Experience using a computer, including Word, Excel, and database applications.
- Preferred: Knowledge of corporate policies and organizational structure.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program and related regulations.
- Preferred: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.
- Preferred: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation.
- Preferred: Juris Doctor, paralegal training, or other legal experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with external government agencies, including the EEOC and Department of Human Rights.
