Clinical Trial Manager - Malaysia (Remote)
Lead sponsor-dedicated clinical trials for ICON plc in Malaysia, coordinating operations, stakeholders, compliance, risk, and delivery quality. This full-time remote role supports clinical programmes from planning through execution.

- Oversee daily clinical trial management activities.
- Plan and coordinate trial delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and implement trial protocols and procedures.
- Develop effective working relationships with investigators and other study stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with applicable local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.
- Resolve operational challenges and make informed decisions on study design, vendors, and risk controls.
- Support colleagues and stakeholders in delivering consistent, high-quality clinical programme outcomes.
आवश्यकताएँ
- University degree in medicine, science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to drive a study’s clinical deliverables to completion.
- Subject matter expertise in the assigned therapeutic area.
- Substantial experience managing clinical trials.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and support team development.
- Previous clinical monitoring experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 25% of the time.
- Legal authorization to work in Malaysia.
