Chemical Sector Sales Executive (Advanced English) – Guadalajara Hybrid
Drive business development in the chemical sector through account prospecting, sales negotiation, and profitability management. Hybrid role based in Guadalajara, with occasional training in Mexico City.

- Prospect and develop new accounts in the chemical sector
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Prepare quotations aligned with profitability objectives
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers
- Conduct sales visits and technical presentations
- Meet volume, margin, and growth targets
- Analyze profitability by transaction and customer
- Monitor the accuracy of demand forecasts
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability
- Prepare sales forecasts
- Participate in commercial follow-up meetings
- Track open orders and delivery fulfillment
- Document processes in accordance with the quality management system
- Monitor follow-up on quality management system activities throughout all phases
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Specialization in technical sales or business development is preferred
- At least three years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English proficiency
- Higher education degree at the bachelor’s level
- Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 guidelines
- Application of Integral Responsibility (SARI) principles
- Adherence to internal policies and the Code of Ethics
