- Track impediments across environments, integrations, data, and approvals and drive them to resolution

- Keep sprint goals, impediment logs, experiment trackers, and delivery metrics visible
- Coach Product Owners, business analysts, and technical leaders

- At least three years of Scrum Master or Agile facilitation experience
- At least two years of experience supporting multiple concurrent development teams
- At least five years of information technology experience
- Proficiency with VersionOne, Agility, or a comparable delivery management tool
- Ability to interpret business and technical requirements, technical terminology, and government acronyms
- Ability to keep Agile ceremonies focused, timeboxed, and engaging
- Experience reducing carryover work, aging blockers, and delays in decision-making
- Ability to improve backlog readiness through thin vertical slices, clear acceptance criteria, and controlled work in progress
- Ability to support team sizing and forecast project completion dates
- Ability to schedule, track, and manage meetings
- Experience facilitating Agile events and cross-team coordination sessions
- Experience tracking and resolving impediments across platforms
- Experience coordinating dependencies across teams and platforms
- Experience maintaining sprint goals, impediment logs, experiment trackers, and delivery metrics
- Ability to coach Product Owners, business analysts, and technical leaders
- Ability to carry improvement experiments through closure
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile Scrum, VersionOne or equivalent Agile project management software, and SDLC practices
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processing
- Mainframe experience is advantageous
