Business Intelligence Analyst, Bidding Platform (Remote in Poland)
Analyze bidding-platform data with SQL, BigQuery, and Python while supporting RTB House’s deep-learning advertising technology. Build dashboards, reports, and insights that inform business decisions.

- Conduct business analyses and translate findings into actionable conclusions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
- Use SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Apply Python and pandas in Colab for advanced analysis and automation.
- Partner with other departments on data-focused initiatives.
- Support the Bidding Platform organization, which handles more than 20 million requests per second for real-time auctions and ad delivery across over 90 countries.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mathematics, computer science, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Sound understanding of statistical fundamentals.
- Practical SQL and relational database experience; Google BigQuery knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic Python proficiency, particularly with pandas for data analysis.
- Strong data visualization capabilities and experience with a BI platform such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and data exploration.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
