- Help business technology teams and partners align projects with business objectives.
- Gather stakeholder needs, document processes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build working relationships with business partners, project analysts, owners, sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
- Research and gather data to help prepare business cases and justifications.
- Gather, analyze, develop, and document business requirements using standard methods and templates.
- Help project managers define scope, track status, mitigate risks, and manage issues.
- Identify and help clear project blockers.
- Lead project meetings and portfolio status updates when covering for the project manager.
- Coordinate information gathering to estimate costs, scope, timelines, processes, and resources.
- Document current and future state processes.
- Investigate problems and recommend solutions.
- Document functional, non-functional, technical, and business requirements throughout project delivery.
- Help resolve conflicts involving priorities, tasks, and dependencies, and identify ways to mitigate risks.
- Help develop test cases and conduct testing before user acceptance activities.
- Support user acceptance testing, coordinate with technical teams on reported issues, and track their resolution.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
आवश्यकताएँ
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or business, or relevant experience.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., with additional hours as needed to meet business needs.
- Attention to detail, organization, facilitation and communication skills, business process improvement capabilities, and initiative.
- Employment is contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug test.
