  • Meet business targets by delivering accurate designs on schedule
  • Use training and feedback to improve design quality and efficiency
  • Produce designs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Use established tools and systems to develop product designs
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and international teams
  • Use constructive feedback to support professional growth
  • Handle reports, manuals, designs, and other confidential information discreetly
  • Work Saturdays during peak business periods to support business needs

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in any discipline; Mechanical or Civil preferred
  • B.Tech qualification in Mechanical or Civil
  • Proficiency in Inventor or SolidWorks is required
  • Relevant certification preferred
  • 0–3 years of experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Pool industry experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability
  • Self-motivated approach to learning and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak season
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess customer requirements
  • Effective written communication and interpersonal skills
