- Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at residential and business customer locations
- Independently serve as a trusted technical expert in customers’ homes and businesses
- Install new lines and configure and activate Wi-Fi networks
- Use ladders and perform elevated work when necessary
- Diagnose and resolve installation and service issues
- Provide high-quality service that strengthens the customer experience
- Help customers connect with AT&T technology and services

- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license
- Lift and transport items weighing up to 60 pounds

- Remain available for overtime, emergency callouts, and holiday assignments
