Associate Revenue Operations Manager - India (Remote)

- Support annual APJ territory planning by helping design coverage and deploy territory assignments in Salesforce
- Maintain and improve territory operations documentation, including runbooks and onboarding resources
- Resolve account-routing questions from APJ field teams and escalate complex or unclear cases
- Prepare recurring territory reports and deliver ad hoc analysis for APJ sales leadership
- Work with APJ Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Revenue Strategy to assess coverage needs and refine territory processes and tools
- Help the Sales Systems team enhance territory-management automation, including automated opportunity assignment
- Maintain and enrich APJ account data using RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, and Openprise
- Record operational questions, edge cases, and process gaps identified during daily work
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, business support, or a CRM-related role
- Be located in the APJ region or able to work with reliable overlap during APJ business hours
- Have working knowledge of Salesforce, including records, reports, and list views
- Use spreadsheets confidently for sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot-table analysis
- Apply strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to data work
- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing, especially in asynchronous, cross-time-zone collaboration
- Work collaboratively and feel comfortable seeking clarification
- Be interested in learning sales operations systems and processes within a fast-moving distributed organization
