- Demonstrated success producing standout social media content
- Strong knowledge of platform-native social content, including short-form video, motion graphics, and trending audio
- Clear, empathetic, and respectful communication skills
- Ability to oversee both visual and storytelling elements of large-scale campaigns
- Experience developing creative strategies informed by market insights and client KPIs
- Versatility across art direction and copywriting
- Experience with on-set production and post-production
- Commitment to leading by example while guiding teams and managing creative projects
