Architectural Draftsperson (Revit) – Australian Multi-Residential, Remote Philippines
Create Revit construction documentation and coordinate consultant inputs for high-end Australian multi-residential developments. This remote Philippines role supports a Brisbane architecture studio and its project teams.
विवरण
- Develop Revit models and architectural documentation throughout each project phase, with an emphasis on construction-ready documentation for multi-residential work.
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends, including interior documentation.
- Build and update parametric Revit families.
- Review, interpret and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire-services documentation.
- Spot coordination conflicts early and recommend practical resolutions.
- Refer outstanding technical matters to the Australian Project Architect.
- Oversee multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- Maintain clear communication with the Australian team throughout each project.
- Collaborate with Australian Project Architects and Registered Architects on high-end multi-residential developments across South East Queensland.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least 3 years of experience on Australian architectural projects; 5 or more years is preferred.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Have experience creating and updating parametric Revit families.
- Bring strong BIM workflow and model-coordination capabilities.
- Be confident producing construction-standard plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends.
- Be able to interpret and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire-services documentation.
- Have working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC).
- Hold a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Architectural Drafting, or offer equivalent hands-on experience with Australian architectural documentation.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Be available to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT.
- Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360 / Forma) is advantageous.
- Documentation experience on multi-residential, commercial, industrial or mixed-use projects is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and Brisbane and Gold Coast local-authority requirements is advantageous.
