Tavsif

  • Develop Revit models and architectural documentation throughout each project phase, with an emphasis on construction-ready documentation for multi-residential work.
  • Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends, including interior documentation.
  • Build and update parametric Revit families.
  • Review, interpret and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire-services documentation.
  • Spot coordination conflicts early and recommend practical resolutions.
  • Refer outstanding technical matters to the Australian Project Architect.
  • Oversee multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Australian team throughout each project.
  • Collaborate with Australian Project Architects and Registered Architects on high-end multi-residential developments across South East Queensland.

Talablar

  • Bring at least 3 years of experience on Australian architectural projects; 5 or more years is preferred.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Have experience creating and updating parametric Revit families.
  • Bring strong BIM workflow and model-coordination capabilities.
  • Be confident producing construction-standard plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and legends.
  • Be able to interpret and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil and fire-services documentation.
  • Have working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC).
  • Hold a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Architectural Drafting, or offer equivalent hands-on experience with Australian architectural documentation.
  • Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
  • Be available to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous.
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360 / Forma) is advantageous.
  • Documentation experience on multi-residential, commercial, industrial or mixed-use projects is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards and Brisbane and Gold Coast local-authority requirements is advantageous.
