- Experience owning client relationships is preferred.
- Experience leading projects is preferred.
- Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization.

- Experience presenting clear, high-quality visual analysis to executives.
- Ability to use statistical techniques such as correlation and variance analysis.
- Python may be used occasionally.
- Ability to listen attentively and raise key issues with respect.

- Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Ability to work through complex organizational dynamics and influence stakeholders.
- Skills in process mapping and documentation.
- Ability to comply with SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI, and HIPAA requirements.
