  • Ability to connect technical teams with nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Substantial knowledge of the relevant domain is preferred.
  • Experience owning client relationships is preferred.
  • Experience leading projects is preferred.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization.
  • Experience building sophisticated dashboards with business intelligence tools.
  • Experience presenting clear, high-quality visual analysis to executives.
  • Ability to use statistical techniques such as correlation and variance analysis.
  • Python may be used occasionally.
  • Ability to listen attentively and raise key issues with respect.
  • Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning.
  • Ability to work through complex organizational dynamics and influence stakeholders.
  • Skills in process mapping and documentation.
  • Ability to comply with SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Ability to follow company and client policies, business rules, ethical standards, and applicable laws.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
