Lead large language model initiatives for Motorola Solutions’ public-safety technologies, from research through production. Manage delivery across data, training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.

- Own the development of machine learning solutions powered by large language models
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, including data curation, training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback
- Apply machine learning expertise to public-safety use cases such as 911 call handling, dispatch, and case management
- Extend machine learning expertise to retail, commercial security, and infrastructure-management applications
- Partner with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to deliver scalable machine learning products
- Develop reusable components that connect research teams with production engineering
- Translate AI research into dependable production machine learning systems
- Advance solutions that support first responders and safety professionals
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of machine learning experience
- At least two years of direct experience managing technical teams
- At least eight years of combined experience as a machine learning researcher and/or a postgraduate degree in quantitative science or engineering
- Experience managing an LLM-based solution from initial concept through market launch
- Experience managing cloud-based software engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
