विवरण

  • Manage supplier invoices in the Accounts Payable subledger, verifying nominal codes and exchange rates against purchase orders.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs for each office and handle multiple currencies.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers and answer inquiries within required time frames.
  • Support month-end AP ledger close and accounts payable balance-sheet reconciliations.
  • Process rebates and provide responses to audit requests.
  • Handle Accounts Payable tickets through AskAP.
  • Support purchase-ledger control activities for North American entities.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a related business field.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable reconciliations.
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • At least two years of prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of accounting for balance-sheet accounts and reconciliations.
  • SAP S/4HANA knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong data-entry, communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced global environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
