Accounts Payable Coordinator IV – Guadalajara (Hybrid)
Process invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations for Insulet’s Omnipod diabetes technology business. Support North American entities from the Guadalajara office.
Description
- Manage supplier invoices in the Accounts Payable subledger, verifying nominal codes and exchange rates against purchase orders.
- Prepare weekly payment runs for each office and handle multiple currencies.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
- Communicate with suppliers and answer inquiries within required time frames.
- Support month-end AP ledger close and accounts payable balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Process rebates and provide responses to audit requests.
- Handle Accounts Payable tickets through AskAP.
- Support purchase-ledger control activities for North American entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, administration, or a related business field.
- Experience with Accounts Payable reconciliations.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- At least two years of prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Knowledge of accounting for balance-sheet accounts and reconciliations.
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge is preferred.
- Strong data-entry, communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced global environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
