Tavsif

  • Build responsive website pages, reusable components, and custom WordPress plugins
  • Deliver product configuration, quotation-request, customer-workflow, and partner-workflow features
  • Configure Fluent Forms, FluentCart, and other extensions for company workflows
  • Create REST API integrations with business systems
  • Apply permissions, secure data handling, and clear error management
  • Improve technical SEO, GEO, and website performance
  • Test updates and changes before release
  • Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and errors while preserving custom-code compatibility
  • Set up practical processes for backups, recovery, and monitoring critical website functions
  • Evaluate technical requirements based on effort, value, and maintainability
  • Record important technical decisions and recommend improvements
  • Set priorities in coordination with marketing and management
  • Act as the website’s primary technical contact
  • Work with the Marketing Manager in Taiwan and colleagues in Germany
  • Review and independently correct AI-assisted development output when necessary

Talablar

  • Demonstrated professional experience building WordPress websites
  • Working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript for developing and maintaining custom plugins
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, responsive implementation, WordPress hooks, and filters
  • Experience working with REST APIs and databases
  • Commitment to secure, clear, and maintainable solutions
  • Confident English communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience with FluentCart, Fluent Support, Polylang, Elementor, Kadence/Gutenberg, or Bricks is advantageous
  • Knowledge of ERPNext/Frappe, Mautic, Linux, automated testing, and technical B2B processes is an additional advantage
  • Ability to understand, review, and independently correct AI-assisted code
  • Provide work authorization status for Taiwan
