Tavsif
- Travel to points of sale to service terminals, safes, and ATMs
- Carry out preventive and corrective terminal maintenance
- Repair, clean, and calibrate terminal equipment
- Recommend improvements to terminal equipment
- Handle service requests within the agreed SLA
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Gather customer feedback on the company’s products and services
