Solution Architect – XAutomata, Hybrid in Italy
Design distributed architectures and integrations for Var Group’s XAutomata platform, which automates enterprise processes deterministically. Work with complex clients on solution design, delivery, and product evolution.
Tavsif
- Lead client workshops to map processes, data sources, operating constraints, governance needs, and objectives.
- Design end-to-end XAutomata architectures covering data collection and preprocessing, the automation engine, and dashboards.
- Plan integrations with monitoring, ITSM, CMDB, and operational technology systems.
- Break complex processes into micro-processes, defining agents, rules, and collaboration with the delivery team.
- Support presales through demos, proofs of concept, RFPs and RFIs, effort estimates, and adoption roadmaps.
- Design solutions that support governance, decision traceability, and controls on agent actions.
- Develop cloud-to-edge scenarios with multi-agent coordination in the cloud and deterministic real-time control on edge systems.
- Provide technical guidance during delivery and contribute to standards and best practices.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development.
- Manage evolving needs, changes, priorities, releases, and service levels.
- Run regular service reviews and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Prepare architecture documentation and present solutions to technical, business, and C-level audiences.
- Act as the technical point of contact across clients, sales, delivery, and product teams.
Talablar
- At least five years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Consultant on complex enterprise projects.
- Experience managing ongoing enterprise client relationships, including in service management, technical account management, or customer success.
- Ability to translate complex processes and requirements into structured solution architectures.
- Strong knowledge of distributed, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through REST APIs, messaging, and data streaming.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- IT Operations experience and familiarity with monitoring tools, ITSM, and incident and problem management processes.
- Ability to analyze and model processes, for example with BPMN or state diagrams.
- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken English at least at C1 level.
- Excellent Italian language skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
