Tavsif
- Lead UX and growth for the non-biology areas of Plasmidsaurus’s web application
- Partner with researchers to understand their scientific needs and turn customer feedback into an engineering roadmap
- Design user experiences that raise the standard for biotech customers
- Own onboarding, collaboration, payments, order and logistics tracking, account settings, email, internationalization, workspaces, and sharing
- Strengthen analytics and reporting across critical customer workflows
- Find friction and drop-off in onboarding, ordering, and result sharing
- Run experiments that improve customer workflows
Talablar
- Demonstrated success shipping a B2B product and materially improving it for customers
- Practical experience using analytics to guide product decisions
- Ability to conduct effective user interviews
- Ability to create working prototypes
- Ability to keep engineering partners informed and aligned
- Strong product judgment and a sharp sense of user experience
- Ability to become productive quickly in technical subject areas
- Curiosity and willingness to engage with complex problems
- Comfort writing and shipping code, with or without AI assistance
- Experience serving as the product manager at a small company is a plus
- Experience independently building solutions is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must state whether visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future
