Tavsif

  • Lead the engineering team’s technical vision, architecture, and delivery of complex back-end software solutions
  • Set technical direction and design patterns for back-end services built with C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server
  • Oversee the implementation, evolution, and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs
  • Define practices for unit and integration testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis
  • Conduct code reviews and support the growth of senior and junior engineers
  • Promote engineering excellence and a culture of continuous learning
  • Manage integrations between legacy platforms and modern systems
  • Improve CI/CD processes and automated delivery pipelines
  • Work with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-border teams to turn business needs into scalable technical roadmaps

Talablar

  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency
  • Professional experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in a production environment
  • Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
  • Strong knowledge of ADO.NET and SQL Server
  • Demonstrated experience with database design, optimization, and large-scale performance tuning
  • Strong background designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services
  • Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization
  • Expertise in software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern distributed systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Cloud platform experience, preferably with Azure
  • Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic software development approaches
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams
