Tavsif

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex architectural challenges and lead the design of scalable, secure, maintainable systems
  • Develop and validate proofs of concept for new architectures, data platforms, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies
  • Set technical direction across engineering, product, and data science, translating new technologies into production-ready solutions
  • Lead architecture and design reviews focused on scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence
  • Support engineer growth through hands-on collaboration, code reviews, and system design discussions while advancing AI-native engineering practices

Talablar

  • At least 7 years in senior technical leadership, such as Principal Architect, Staff Engineer, Lead Engineer, or an equivalent role, with a strong record of delivering production systems
  • Advanced expertise in large-scale distributed systems, data processing pipelines, and cloud-native architecture
  • Strong cybersecurity and secure systems design experience; experience with SaaS or cybersecurity products is a significant advantage
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI-native applications and agentic workflows in enterprise production environments
  • Demonstrated experience implementing scalable agentic architectures, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation pipelines for production AI systems
  • Experience balancing latency, cost, reliability, and security when serving AI and agentic workloads at scale
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and modern AI-native engineering practices, including coding agents and AI-assisted software development
  • Experience designing and building multi-tenant SaaS platforms with robust isolation and scalability
  • Familiarity with Bring Your Own Cloud or comparable enterprise deployment models
  • Excellent communication and technical leadership skills, with the ability to influence architecture and collaborate across engineering teams
