  • Set the strategic direction, growth plans, and commercial goals for priority paid search categories
  • Create short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Develop category roadmaps that balance near-term performance gains with long-term capability building
  • Identify, prioritize, and advocate for high-impact initiatives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned categories, monitoring market trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Extend performance impact through thought leadership and initiatives spanning multiple categories
  • Assess industry trends, advertising platform changes, and product innovations
  • Own category results across revenue, profitability, volume, efficiency, and growth targets
  • Use data and resource allocation decisions to accelerate category growth
  • Build forecasting models and detailed growth plans
  • Review performance trends, diagnose variances, and communicate recommended actions
  • Lead business reviews and account audits
  • Find optimization opportunities across campaigns, audiences, conversion funnels, landing experiences, and partner ecosystems
  • Create and manage testing frameworks that support strategic category growth
  • Expand innovative PPC methods, automation, audience development, and emerging platform capabilities
  • Manage experiments from initial concept through implementation and performance assessment
  • Work with publishers and platform representatives on beta programs and new capabilities

Talablar

  • At least eight years of experience in paid search or SEM
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • A demonstrated record of owning and scaling large PPC programs
  • Success creating and delivering long-term growth strategies with measurable business results
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, automation, smart bidding, and audience targeting
  • Experience overseeing substantial budgets while increasing revenue and profitability
  • Strong capabilities in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
  • Deep familiarity with web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
  • Experience with competitive intelligence and market research platforms such as SEMrush, Adthena, Similarweb, or comparable tools
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead organizational change
  • Experience presenting business cases, strategic proposals, and performance findings to senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree required
