Tavsif

  • Plan replenishment for assigned materials and supply categories.
  • Coordinate packaging and ingredient supply to meet inventory and customer fill-rate targets.
  • Track shifts in material demand and work with vendors.
  • Monitor and improve supplier performance.
  • Coordinate new product launches, engineering updates, and customer conversions.
  • Handle changes to vendor purchase orders.
  • Respond to customer order questions, schedule updates, and cancellations.
  • Investigate and resolve material inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage slow-moving and obsolete stock to limit financial statement impacts.
  • Work with Master Data Management to keep planning attributes accurate.
  • Review MRP exception messages each day.
  • Release, cancel, expedite, or revise purchase orders in response to exceptions.
  • Share replenishment plan changes with production planners and other teams.
  • Act as the main supplier contact for routine purchase-order issues and escalate performance concerns.
  • Track progress against planning strategies and goals.
  • Lead and support decisions on slow-moving and obsolete materials.
  • Ensure vendor returns are completed on schedule.
  • Analyze data, identify root causes, and report key performance measures.
  • Plan new material items and enter their attributes accurately in JDE.
  • Provide planning details for new product introductions.
  • Attend meetings and conference calls.
  • Track and communicate data integrity issues.
  • Set required JDE parameters for assigned items and supply categories.
  • Follow food safety procedures, SQF requirements, GMPs, FSMA, and related preventive controls.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or engineering, or equivalent supply chain planning or purchasing experience.
  • Purchasing experience.
  • Five to ten years of experience in business, supply chain management, or engineering preferred.
  • CPM, CSCP, or CPIM certification preferred.
  • Relevant JDE experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of material planning procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, and planning terminology.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage change effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • General supply chain knowledge, including planning and inventory management.
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to follow food safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including SQF, GMPs, and FSMA preventive controls.
  • Travel may be required.
