Tavsif

  • Lead fraud, investigations, regulatory enforcement, e-discovery, and forensic workstreams from planning through delivery
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
  • Gather evidence, conduct interviews, establish facts, and review financial transactions
  • Analyze complex financial, electronic, transactional, and other information
  • Present findings to client stakeholders, counsel, and internal leaders
  • Design investigative approaches for matters involving corporate governance, financial records, cybersecurity concerns, or suspected misconduct
  • Use forensic accounting, data analytics, e-discovery methods, and digital tools to develop cases
  • Examine records, reports, communications, and other documents to trace funds, test patterns, and connect findings
  • Assist with compliance risk assessments and reviews of regulatory requirements
  • Trace financial activity and investigate discrepancies
  • Prepare chronologies, workpapers, reports, exhibits, and client-ready presentations
  • Coach Consultants and Interns, review their work, and strengthen their investigative and technical skills
  • Track scope, budgets, progress, risks, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverable quality
  • Work with internal and external counsel, forensic accountants, technology professionals, and fellow consultants
  • Work under Managers while assuming increasing responsibility for investigative methods, workstream delivery, project oversight, quality, and junior staff development

Talablar

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in forensic accounting, investigations, fraud review, regulatory matters, e-discovery, litigation support, compliance, or related professional services
  • Experience managing substantial parts of investigative or forensic workstreams with appropriate oversight
  • Experience planning and executing projects, tracking deliverables, and monitoring budgets or workstream economics
  • Experience using data analytics, evidence-gathering methods, and digital tools in investigative casework
  • Ability to review junior colleagues' work and provide practical coaching
  • Strong analytical ability and skill in turning complex information into clear, well-supported findings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting findings to clients or senior stakeholders
  • Preferred study areas include accounting, analytics or data science, business administration or management, computer science or information systems, cybersecurity, economics, engineering, finance, criminal justice, or a related field
  • CPA, CFE, CFF, ACEDS, Relativity, or another relevant certification is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in consulting, accounting, legal, regulatory, or professional services is preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Protiviti is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska
