Tavsif

  • Direct the CUAS business area’s international and strategy portfolios.
  • Guide programs and strategic pursuits through leadership, team development, and direction.
  • Oversee finance activities including program controls, earned value, customer and gate reviews, proposals, estimates at completion (EACs), operating and strategic plans, investments, overhead, and risk and opportunity management.
  • Prepare EACs, monthly forecasts, and earned value reports.
  • Set financial direction for the team.
  • Consolidate financial projections and analyze and document changes in actuals and forecasts.
  • Coordinate across organizational levels, functions, and enterprise groups to integrate financial impacts.
  • Support, lead, and present management briefings in a changing environment.
  • Analyze and present data to inform strategic decisions and long-term growth.
  • Work with senior finance managers, directors, and leadership teams.
  • Communicate results through reliable forecasts, risk and opportunity management, EAC processes, program reviews, and timely updates.
  • Serve as a trusted business decision support partner to the CUAS organization.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience.
  • Experience owning P&L or in financial planning.
  • Direct supervisory experience guiding teams.
  • Experience automating data with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint.
  • Experience conducting business with senior management and/or vice presidents.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to support Eastern, Central, or Arizona time.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Experience with competitive proposals and knowledge of the Department of Defense acquisition process.
  • Ability to lead or coordinate personnel toward shared finance goals, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Secret security clearance preferred.
