  • Lead paid digital campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, from planning and audience or geographic targeting through testing, optimisation and performance reporting.
  • Oversee organic social media activity and manage the social media agency relationship.
  • Develop stronger in-house social media capabilities.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing across campaigns, digital, social, video, product and company graphics, events, brand and web.
  • Support industry events through strategy, messaging, logistics, creative development and related campaigns.
  • Create and adapt branded assets with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Help manage and improve the Kigen website, including resource publishing, SEO and organic visibility.
  • Manage selected relationships with media, technology and industry partners.
  • Coordinate marketing activity through Asana and the central marketing inbox.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP Marketing and teams across Kigen.
  • Identify ways AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies can improve working practices.

Talablar

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing or a comparable role, with the ability to manage multiple marketing responsibilities independently.
  • Experience in IoT, telecommunications, technology, software or another technically complex B2B environment.
  • Ability to understand complex products and turn them into clear, relevant marketing communications.
  • Practical experience running paid digital campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, and understanding how paid channels contribute to B2B lead generation.
  • Broad experience spanning digital marketing, social media, campaigns, events, content, websites, SEO and brand.
  • Confidence using the Google Analytics suite to assess performance and apply insights to future activity.
  • Experience coordinating agencies, partners and suppliers while managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with sound creative judgement and close attention to brand consistency.
  • Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Marketing or digital agency experience, especially with paid campaigns, social media, multiple markets or B2B technology clients.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, along with website management experience.
  • Active interest in AEO and GEO tools, AI models and emerging marketing technologies.
