- Design, introduce, and promote AI tools that support software development teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve Software Engineering processes through Generative AI technologies.
- Help analyze and understand legacy applications by reconstructing functional and business knowledge from existing code and documentation, with particular attention to insurance processes and application dependencies.
- Support developers in using coding assistants, AI agents, and advanced productivity tools.
- Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for effective AI use throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and automations to improve team efficiency.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of introduced solutions on quality, productivity, and time to market.
- Work with technical teams and stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.
- Expand AI capabilities through coaching, hands-on support, and training.
