  • Establish and manage family offices
  • Administer, decant, and modify trusts
  • Oversee complex estate administration

  • Represent clients in tax controversy proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service
  • Contribute to the national Private Client Services Group

Talablar

  • Four to six years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning and administration
  • Strong academic record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Tax LL.M. preferred, but not required
