Description
- Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters
- Establish and manage family offices
- Administer, decant, and modify trusts
- Oversee complex estate administration
- Develop plans involving business interests, artwork, and other unusual assets
- Evaluate complex transfer tax matters
- Represent clients in tax controversy proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service
- Contribute to the national Private Client Services Group
Requirements
- Four to six years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning and administration
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Tax LL.M. preferred, but not required
- Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample
