Tavsif

  • Design and deliver production-ready Java solutions, including microservices, batch pipelines, and APIs, for enterprise financial and insurance platforms
  • Provide technical direction on architecture, code reviews, and developer mentoring
  • Collaborate with business analysts, integration partners, and downstream data consumers on end-to-end solutions for SIA product portability
  • Design, secure, and maintain external customer-facing APIs at enterprise scale
  • Lead containerization and deployment strategy with AWS EKS
  • Use Jenkins, Cloudbees, and ArgoCD to improve delivery speed and platform stability
  • Evaluate, validate, and stress-test AI-generated code in production-grade external environments
  • Maintain applications and resolve defects across individual and team-owned work

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 5 years of Java development experience, including Java 17 or later and deep expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Batch
  • Hands-on experience developing and securing external customer-facing APIs at enterprise scale
  • Hands-on experience with AWS EKS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Cloudbees, and ArgoCD
  • Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, with strong knowledge of contract-first methods using OpenAPI or Swagger
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Kiro, or similar products
  • Experience triaging production-support incidents with Splunk, Dynatrace, or comparable observability tools
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience with development teams
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, or data processing that supports platform and integration workflows
  • Experience with message-based integration using IBM MQ, Apache ActiveMQ Artemis, Kafka, or JMS
  • Broader cloud infrastructure experience with AWS ECS, S3, Glue, and Lambda, as well as OpenShift and Terraform
  • Experience with secrets management and authentication chains using CyberArk Conjur, Kerberos, or equivalent technologies
  • Exposure to the financial services or insurance industry
  • Experience with BPMN and workflow orchestration platforms such as Flowable, Camunda, or similar tools
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum practices in a Jira-based SDLC
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to turn strategic platform objectives into engineering delivery
  • Ability to meet sedentary work requirements
