Grow profitable Data, Applications, and AI services by meeting signing and revenue targets
Manage margin expectations and expand the delivery backlog
Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities with senior stakeholders
Define and negotiate engagement fees while protecting profitability and managing risk
Serve as a trusted advisor and senior executive contact for client CXOs
Lead C-level interactions, consulting programs, deliverables, and deal outputs
Develop solutions to business challenges and present them to business and IT stakeholders
Improve client satisfaction through NPS performance and secure new client references
Meet individual and team utilization and chargeability objectives
Design complex engagements and oversee delivery to achieve strong performance and customer satisfaction
Lead and expand multidisciplinary teams across Data, Applications, and AI practices
Develop talent while promoting continuous improvement and innovation
Shape and execute strategic initiatives using Data, Applications, and AI expertise
Build external influence, advance innovation, and strengthen industry presence
Create thought leadership and intellectual property in Advanced Analytics, Data Modernization, Governance, and AI
Support planning and execution after deals are completed

Talablar

Extensive IT consulting experience with a global consulting firm and a demonstrated record of success
Proven results in sales, business development, chargeability, and delivery
Experience building and scaling Data and AI practices
Experience spanning Data and AI strategy, advanced analytics, data modernization, data governance, application modernization, and practical AI and machine learning implementation
Extensive experience advising, engaging, and managing CXO-level relationships
Demonstrated ability to develop, expand, and commercialize executive relationships while meeting sales targets
Experience leading and delivering complex initiatives with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector settings
Strong business and financial judgment
Experience growing revenue, managing margins, and executing strategic growth plans
Established personal brand and industry presence
Deep knowledge of industry trends and technology
Relevant financial-sector experience is desirable
