Junior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator - Arcadis, Makati (Hybrid)
Support Arcadis’s health, safety, and wellbeing operations in Makati through compliance coordination, reporting, training administration, audits, PPE management, and HSW systems support.
Tavsif
- Deliver targeted Health, Safety, and Wellbeing support across an assigned country or region
- Translate documents written in non-native languages for national application
- Maintain controlled HSW documentation and records, including policies, registers, incident logs, and training files
- Coordinate document exchanges between Arcadis Global, clients, subcontractors, and external service providers
- Administer PPE records, harness registers, and site-access documentation
- Compile HSW data and prepare reports, dashboards, and monthly KPI updates
- Monitor required training and certifications and maintain Cority sustainment activities
- Track audit actions and help organize audits and inspections
- Assist with compliance monitoring, legal requirement reviews, and basic HASP assessments
- Perform control checks and self-assessments
- Prepare meeting minutes and develop HSW communications, awareness initiatives, and e-learning content
- Contribute to local HSW programs, events, and campaigns
- Create intranet pages, HSW Shares, and other related materials
- Register and manage required training for internal and external personnel
- Track and document external training activities
- Coordinate medical examination appointments
- Provide first-line assistance for HSW platforms and escalate complex issues
- Help implement and test new software solutions and administer client platforms
- Procure and distribute PPE and workwear
- Work with regional and country HSW managers, IT, and technical teams
- Assist the HSW Global office with continuous improvement priorities
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing is preferred
- At least two years of experience in HSW or a comparable compliance position
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and HSW management systems
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
