IT Systems Analyst – Life Insurance (Hybrid, Greece)

Support and improve life insurance contract management systems for ImprovIT’s insurance technology consulting clients. The role covers production operations, requirements analysis, testing, system configuration, and vendor coordination.

Tavsif

  • Provide maintenance and support for the client’s life insurance contract management system (CMS)
  • Oversee IT systems and processes for invoicing, dunning, incoming and outgoing payments, and business workflows
  • Handle recurring daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents through Jira
  • Gather, assess, and test requirements for system enhancements and new implementations
  • Configure the CMS to meet business requirements and maintain reliable outputs
  • Perform production processes accurately in a live operational environment
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams aligning the UL3 system with wider organizational objectives
  • Coordinate with vendors and international teams

Talablar

  • Strong written and spoken English for effective collaboration in an international setting
  • French or Dutch language skills are advantageous
  • Professional experience in insurance, ideally life insurance
  • Degree or other educational background in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; combined business and IT experience is also relevant
  • Experience maintaining, supporting, and monitoring IT application systems
  • Background in IT testing and user acceptance testing support
  • Experience preparing functional or technical documentation and working with knowledge management tools such as Confluence
  • Understanding of the main drivers of IT operational performance
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms including Jira
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts or object-based scripting languages such as VBScript is advantageous
  • Analytical, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver quality work on schedule
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and managers
  • Careful, accountable, and able to work independently in a production environment
  • Experience collaborating in an international team environment
