  • Identify new sales prospects through outbound phone calls and email outreach
  • Guide sales activities by coordinating projects, monitoring open orders, resolving issues, and supporting customers

  • Set product prices using pricing matrices and related reference materials
  • Create product code directives while protecting required margin targets
  • Complete estimating, quantity take-offs, and proposal work when needed

Talablar

  • A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred
  • Role-specific skills training or certification may be required
  • Typically two to five years of experience in the relevant area
  • Experience identifying sales prospects through outbound calling and email
  • Capability to coordinate sales workflows, manage projects, monitor open orders, resolve problems, and assist customers
  • Capacity to achieve quota targets while producing profitable growth
  • Ability to select suitable pricing with matrices and other approved resources
  • Skill in creating product code directives while preserving margin objectives
  • Ability to prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, and proposals as needed
  • Sound judgment within established policies, including knowing when to escalate complex or unusual matters
  • Comfort working mainly indoors in a seated role, with occasional movement or light lifting
  • Willingness to travel overnight less than 10% of the time
