Support Ferguson’s utility-product sales in Pomona through quoting, prospecting, customer coordination, technical support, and Order-to-Invoice fulfillment.
Tavsif
- Create and manage detailed project quotes and pricing proposals for products and services
- Help develop sales opportunities by tracking bids, researching projects, and supporting prospecting
- Provide utility-market product and technical guidance to outside sales representatives
- Prepare and maintain customer documentation covering product information and solution details
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support communication, on-time fulfillment, and resolution of technical or service issues
- Manage and assist with the complete Order-to-Invoice process
- Track corrective actions and field quality reports
- Follow company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Maintain dependable attendance and perform other assigned responsibilities
Talablar
- One to three years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field
- Experience working in a target-focused sales environment is preferred
- Developing proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Dependable, consistent attendance
- Ability to comply with company Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
