Tavsif

  • Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads and support them throughout the sales journey
  • Conduct consultative calls to understand each prospect’s career objectives
  • Recommend the ELVTR program most aligned with each prospect’s needs
  • Support prospects from their initial conversation through completed enrollment
  • Meet and surpass monthly sales targets
  • Keep CRM records and pipeline data accurate and current
  • Share customer and market insights to improve ELVTR programs and sales playbooks

Talablar

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in high-ticket or consultative environments
  • Confidence initiating outreach and building conversations from the ground up
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Ability to establish trust quickly and respond effectively to objections
  • Working knowledge of CRMs and contemporary sales tools
  • Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced setting
  • Accountability for sales performance and a commitment to ongoing improvement
  • A genuine belief in education’s power to change lives
