- Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads and support them throughout the sales journey
- Conduct consultative calls to understand each prospect’s career objectives
- Recommend the ELVTR program most aligned with each prospect’s needs
- Support prospects from their initial conversation through completed enrollment
- Meet and surpass monthly sales targets
- Keep CRM records and pipeline data accurate and current
- Share customer and market insights to improve ELVTR programs and sales playbooks
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in high-ticket or consultative environments
- Confidence initiating outreach and building conversations from the ground up
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to establish trust quickly and respond effectively to objections
- Working knowledge of CRMs and contemporary sales tools
- Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced setting
- Accountability for sales performance and a commitment to ongoing improvement
