Tavsif

  • Produce creative assets for advertising, social media, email campaigns, and websites
  • Develop and execute design concepts that capture attention and support conversion goals
  • Use metrics such as click-through and conversion rates to iterate and improve designs quickly
  • Create visual assets for campaigns, funnels, and varied content formats
  • Design internal materials, presentations, and digital products
  • Partner closely with copywriting, performance marketing, and the executive team
  • Take concepts from initial draft through final implementation with a high degree of independence
  • Support the development and upkeep of brand identities, including logos, color systems, typography, and design systems
  • Create UX/UI designs

Talablar

  • Completed graphic design degree, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and Photoshop
  • After Effects experience is advantageous
  • A refined understanding of design, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Familiarity with social media and performance marketing concepts, including CTR, conversion, and creative hooks
  • Ability to balance visual appeal with practical and functional design objectives
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership of deliverables
  • Dependable and well-organized approach to work
  • Comfort with rapid iteration and incorporating feedback
  • Portfolio demonstrating your design work
