- Support families as they plan their final wishes
- Lead qualified client meetings that generally last 60–90 minutes
- Help clients gain peace of mind for their loved ones
- Convert scheduled appointments into completed arrangements
- Develop community relationships while expanding earning potential
- Represent a leading funeral home partner
- Collaborate with more than 50 agents who schedule appointments and share client information
- Apply Precoa field management’s organizational resources, mentoring, coaching, and performance guidance
Talablar
- A current Funeral Director License is required
- Applicable state insurance and preneed licenses or certifications, where required
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or 1–2 years of face-to-face sales or customer service experience, ideally serving a senior market
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Confidence selling by phone and in person
- An empathetic, caring, compassionate approach paired with a strong work ethic
