Funeral Director (Hybrid) - Precoa

Serve families as a Funeral Director for Precoa’s preneed insurance services by helping clients plan final arrangements, completing appointments, and developing community relationships.

Description

  • Support families as they plan their final wishes
  • Lead qualified client meetings that generally last 60–90 minutes
  • Help clients gain peace of mind for their loved ones
  • Convert scheduled appointments into completed arrangements
  • Develop community relationships while expanding earning potential
  • Represent a leading funeral home partner
  • Collaborate with more than 50 agents who schedule appointments and share client information
  • Apply Precoa field management’s organizational resources, mentoring, coaching, and performance guidance

Requirements

  • A current Funeral Director License is required
  • Applicable state insurance and preneed licenses or certifications, where required
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline, or 1–2 years of face-to-face sales or customer service experience, ideally serving a senior market
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Confidence selling by phone and in person
  • An empathetic, caring, compassionate approach paired with a strong work ethic
