Tavsif

  • Improve customer workflows spanning planning, parts management, and reporting
  • Address complex challenges across data-rich interfaces, large datasets, offline functionality, and multisite scalability
  • Define architecture and engineering standards for newly established teams
  • Streamline complex desktop and mobile user experiences
  • Build and ship features from initial planning through production release
  • Partner with product managers and designers to establish the team roadmap
  • Maintain the reliability and performance of an assigned domain or system over time
  • Review code and support the growth of other developers through mentoring
  • Advance development tooling, testing, and software delivery practices
  • Join the team’s on-call rotation
  • Assume complete ownership of a functional domain or system within the first six months

Talablar

  • Five or more years of professional experience developing full-stack web or mobile products
  • Hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Experience building mobile-first, responsive products through iterative development
  • Track record of producing maintainable, testable code
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make progress on ambiguous problems before requirements are fully defined
  • Regular use of AI tools within the software development workflow
  • Experience with GraphQL, React Native, or SQL databases is an advantage
  • Experience with scheduling or calendar interfaces, large-scale data interfaces, offline-first or synchronization systems, multi-tenant or enterprise platforms, workflow engines, or inventory and transaction management systems is valued
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required
