Tavsif

  • Lead client engagements from technical discovery and scoping through architecture, implementation, evaluation, production rollout, and long-term adoption.
  • Work with commercial teams on pre-sales discovery, tailored AI solution design, and validation of high-value customer opportunities.
  • Build and integrate production AI systems that move clients from early concepts to live environments.
  • Create scalable AI applications with LLMs, model APIs, tool calling, RAG, context management, structured outputs, and agentic workflows.
  • Turn recurring customer insights into product improvements, reusable components, playbooks, tools, and core product features.
  • Spot operational and technical opportunities, develop architectural recommendations, and execute independently.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering leaders across the customer journey.

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Founding Engineer, or Product Engineer, with substantial end-to-end customer ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous client challenges from discovery through production deployment and measurable business impact.
  • Ability to weigh client needs, product capabilities, engineering complexity, cost, and latency.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Rust, React/TypeScript, SQL, APIs, system integrations, authentication protocols, cloud infrastructure, and production observability.
  • Practical experience building AI applications, including model APIs, context management, tool integration, retrieval architectures, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
  • For remote arrangements, candidates must be based in the United States or Europe.
  • New York City-based candidates are expected to work in the office two to three days per week.
  • Self-directed approach and comfort working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% each year for in-person team collaboration and client work.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical architecture to technical and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with profiling tools, optimization methods, and low-latency system design.
